Cudworth and West Green Community Partnership

Formed in February of 1997 and covers the whole of the 
Cudworth Electoral ward, this includes the small town of 
Cudworth, part of Monk Bretton and a small area of 
Lundwood. The area lies to the North East of Barnsley 
and has a population of 10,100.

The Cudworth and West Green Community Partnerships 
aims are, ‘To ensure the continuation and acceleration of 
the economic and social regeneration of our area, 
through the locally developed initiatives, achieved 
through meaningful consultation, with the involvement 
and participation of the local communities, who are 
resourced, supported and empowered to take an active 
part in the process and delivery.
