Project development usually occurs through several stages:

First an idea is put forward - often based on local knowledge provided by our Directors or through the local community partnerships. The project team then work up the idea - looking at potential funding sources and ensuring it fits with our aims.

Funding is then sourced from:

 Grants from the European Union - this money is called European Regional Development Grant.

 Grants from the UK Government - this can be Single Regeneration Budget or Single Pot.

 Contributions from local businesses - this can be in cash or in kind

Other sources might include the National Lottery

Through the life of the project regular feedback goes to our Directors.
